After our conversation, you’ll receive a detailed project proposal outlining your selected services and pricing.
You can review everything online and securely complete your purchase through your personal client portal.
Once your project is confirmed, we’ll schedule your interview date.
Before the interview, you’ll receive a short questionnaire designed to help us understand your life experiences, family history, and the stories you’d most like to share.
This allows your interviewer to prepare thoughtful questions that create a relaxed, natural conversation instead of a scripted interview.
On the day of your interview, we’ll arrive at your home—or another location you’ve selected.
Together we’ll choose the best setting for the interview before setting up our professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Setup typically takes about 20 minutes.
The interview itself lasts approximately two hours and is divided into four comfortable 30-minute conversations with short breaks in between.
When we’re finished, we’ll pack our equipment, leaving you with nothing to worry about except enjoying the experience.
Back at our studio, your interview is carefully processed, backed up, and prepared for delivery.
Every recording is handled with the same care we would give our own family memories.
Within approximately two weeks, you’ll receive an email inviting you to log into your secure client portal.
From there you’ll be able to:
